Start with an idea or your lyrics

In Describe a song, tell Ergi who or what the song is about, the occasion and a few details you want to hear. A name, a shared memory or an inside joke gives the brief a clearer focus. Ergi uses your description to write the lyrics and start music generation. Choose Paste lyrics when you already have the words. The full-screen editor gives longer drafts more room.

Birthday example: “An upbeat English birthday song for my sister, about our Sunday calls and her love of bad karaoke.” Wedding example: “A warm Armenian wedding song about meeting through friends and bringing two families together.” Use these as starting points and replace the details with your own.

Choose the song’s language

Ergi supports Armenian, Russian and English song creation. Write your idea or lyrics in the language you want, and name the intended language in your description when it matters. For more examples, open the Armenian song guide or Russian song guide.

Shape the sound

Open Shape the sound to choose a genre, a mood and female, male or duo vocals. You can leave the genre and mood open and let your idea set the direction. Try changing one sound choice at a time when you want to compare a different interpretation.

Keep your draft and finished songs

Ergi autosaves your text and sound choices in this browser on this device when storage is available, and can restore a draft for up to seven days after its last save. Clearing browser storage can remove it. If storage is unavailable, the draft stays while the page is open. Guest songs stay with this browser. Sign in before creating if you want new songs saved to your account, then open Library to revisit them.

Check credits before generating

When the current generation cost is available, the composer shows it beside Generate song. Review the cost before sending a new request, including after you edit or restyle a song. See current plans and credit packs for recurring subscriptions and one-time credits from Ergi’s public catalog. Your account shows your current balance.

Listen, compare, download and share

Play the available versions below the composer and compare how they interpret your words. Edit or Restyle brings a song back into the composer so you can revise the text or sound settings before generating again. If a version misses something important, make that detail explicit in the text. If the words fit but the musical direction does not, change a genre, mood or voice choice. Generate again to hear the revision.

Completed versions with audio have Download and Share controls. Share opens your device’s share options or copies a link to that version’s public listening page. Read the official copyright and YouTube guidance below before publishing your song.
