2. Description of Service

Ergi AI provides an AI-powered music generation service using a credit-based system.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5. Credits

• Credits are required to generate music.
• Free credits may be granted and expire based on current rules.
• Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but allows access until the end of the current billing period.
• If a subscription payment fails, subscription benefits may stop immediately.
• All purchases are final unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Abuse free credits or create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service

8. Generated Content

You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee originality, legality, or fitness for a specific purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations or security reasons.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergi AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
